First you fly to mistralton city. Then go to route 7 & go up the little stairs, go up the walkway, turn right and go down the walkway. From there go straight & go up the other walkway and then when you get down the walkway go past the building. An old lady will stop you and ask if you want soup. Say yes. Then she tells you about thundurus. From there go right up the stairs. Thundurus will stop you. Then a thunder storm will start. Thundurus flies away. Go into the tall grass during the thunder storm & thundurus will appear. Repeat if he doesn't.

∙ 13y agoyou go to route 7 pass the sencond house and a old lady will invite you in after go out of the house he will fly to you.then go to nimbasa city go to the left tunnel keep going back and foth till you see a thunder storm.walk in the grass and it will fight you it will flee so have a fast pokemon.

∙ 13y agoAfter you get all 8 badges, go to Route 7 and walk up to the house where the woman was cooking. She will come out and talk to you. After that Thundurus will be wandering the region. He will be in the southern routes during the morning/day and the northern routes in the evening/night. If you enter a route and a big thunderstorm is blowing, go to the tall grass and you will have a chance of finding him. He will try to run from battle immediately.

∙ 13y agoThundurus moves around. To get him to appear you must first meet the old woman on route seven while an 'unusual storm' is happening there. Then the unusual storm will move around, Thundurus has a chance of appearing wherever the storm is. Like all roaming pokémon, Thundurus will attempt to flee from the battle.

∙ 12y agoNo! You should know that by now Thundrus is only availble in White Version but you could trade him if you catch Tornadus and Thundrus (by trading) you could encounter Landrous (This is from somebody who is a pokemon master) hope this Helps :)
