When u take cycling road from eterna to oreburgh (must have completed team galactic building sidequest to get a bike) on the oreburgh exit there are some trees on the right that can be cut. There is some grass north of that where gengar will appear. Also further north at the very top there is the hidden entrance to Wayward cave. No gengar there, but there is tm26 earthquake and gibles. They are very helpful, with mine at lvl65 knowing earthquake, dragon rush, Draco meteor (hidden house near celestic town tutors it), and flamethrower. Hope this helps!
