it needs to be night when you do this (about 8:00p.m.-4:00a.m.)go to the old chateu (the mansion like thing in eterna forest) talk to gradinia (after you beat her) then go inside and if you go straight you will go into a room but don't go in that one go to the one above it on the second floor once you have gone in go to the room to your left and there should be a tv go to it and it will ask if you want to thump it click yes and you will encounter rotom. I caught mine at about 10:00.

∙ 14y agoIn Pokemon D/P, go to the Old Cheatau (right at the end of eterna forest) and go up the stairs. There will be several rooms, and one of them has a television in it. Go up to it at night (after getting the national pokedex from Professor Oak) and a Rotom will appear! It is level 15 and is really easy to catch with a quick ball or a nest ball, and make sure you have some weaker Pokemon with you. Tip: Save your game before approaching the TV, so if the Rotom is defeated you can turn off your game and turn it on again, to find that you are right back in front of the TV!

∙ 14y agoThere's Rotom in a couple floors in Midnight forest, I think you get it after graduating. There's no special conditions to get it like holding a mystery part or anything, you can just go and fight to recruit it.

∙ 11y agoin eterna city, you must beat leader gardenia. then walk over to the team galactic's hideout and cynthia will be there. she will give you the hm cut.teach a pokemon that move ( for example your starter or a bidoof, i suggest a bidoof rather than your starter. ) then go back to eterna forest. near the exit, is the old chateau.cut the trees in front of it, then walk inside. there are tons of rooms, although only one has a tv in it.go to that room and press a after going close to it. then there is your rotom! if you also have pokemon heart gold or soul silver, in kanto in saffron city, there is like this office with a broken elevator. if you two ds's, you can trade your rotom on it. walk it into the office a press a at the elevator.then it fixes it, and you can go up, and there is lawn mowers, fridges, and so on. press a on them still walking your rotom, and then you can change his forms. and each one, teaches rotom a new move.depending on its type.so.... OH FOR PETES SAKE! I'M FINISHED!
