Slakoth is a swarm Pokemon, by swarm I mean go and talk to Dawn's little sister every day, she will tell you where to find swarms of Pokemon (ONLY AFTER YOU HAVE THE NATIONAL DEX!!!!!) so far I've encountered: Voltorb, Lickitung, Drowzee, Slakoth (Nosepass is one too!), Surskit and Makuhita. ∙ 12y agoIt can be found in the forest, between Petalburg and Rustboro City, the encounter rate isn't too big, and it's only level 3-6. A tough job raising one, but it'll be worth it in the end.
