You cant find tropius in Pokemon diamond you have to migrate it from ruby from route 119 or Sapphire from somwher

∙ 14y agoYou cannot catch Tropius in Pokemon Pearl. Unless you transfer it in using Pal Park, you can only catch Tropius in Pokemon Platinum in the Great Marsh.
