You mean what did he say instead of Diagon Alley. He said diagonally, and was sent to Knockturn Alley, luckily being rescued by Hagrid.
So he wouldn't break them if he fell onto the floor when he arrived. Like he did at Borgin & Burkes in Knockturn Alley.
Harry said "Diagonally" as in a line is diagonal when you are meant to say "Diagon Ally"
You go in the leaky cauldron and go in the back where you tap the third brick up and two across thrice to get in, or you could just use Floo Powder or apparate.

Floo powder is a glittery, silver powder used by witches and wizards to travel through the Floo Network. The Network connects most wizarding households and buildings. This powder was invented in the 13th century by Ignatia Wildsmith http://harrypotter.wikia.com/wiki/Floo_powder

Floo Powder is the stuff they throw into the fireplace to travel somewhere. They can also just stick their heads into the fireplace and hence, talk to someone.

Luna Lovegood is a fictional book character, therefore does not have an official fan phone number. However, in the books, she would correspond through messages sent via owl, or maybe through the floo network. Next time you go by Diagon Alley, be sure to keep an eye out for some floo powder. If you find some, you may just luck out and reach her. ;-)
