Kyurem can be found in the Giant Chasm in Pokémon Black 2 however Zekrom needs to be caught or knocked out before it will appear (You need to have beaten the Elite 4 and beaten N in Victory Road (Zoroark will guide you to him)). You will not be able to catch Kyurem during your first encounter with it during the time that it transforms to Black Kyurem.
