When u can go to the onbs (this is in pryte town) go up a floor and u see where the lady of the news room go next door there go up an talk to the girl shell say shes lost so say yes youll help her find her mom and go up in the elevator and talk all the ladies and one of them will be the little girls daughter then talk to the women and shell give you the soothe bell. ∙ 14y agoYou can get a Soothe Bell from a Mother in Pokémon XD if you bring Kandee (the girl in the room adjacent to the recording room) to her Mom on the 3rd floor of the ONBS Building in Pyrite Town. Once you do talk to the Mom and she'll give you a Soothe Bell.
