once you get rayquaza to stop groudon and kyogre from fighting, get the mach bike and go back to sky pillar. there are lots of very annoying holes u might want to get alot of repels to avoid trouble. when u finally get to the top he will be there ahd you should NOT waste a master ball on him. if u paralyze him or wait for him to use rest, it should work if as he is a little damaged and u use an ultra ball. Also, to catch the other two, go to the weather centre below the tree city and go to the top floor and ask the dude who is all the way ont the left and he will direct u to each one, one at a time. OR u could always just buy a game shark.
