You can see one by battling:
(VS Seeker required) Pokemon Breeder Jennifer on Route 209
(VS Seeker required) Twins Teri & Tia on Route 210 south

∙ 14y agoYou can find a wild Clefairy in Pokémon Platinum in Mt. Coronet and it is also 1 of the Pokémon that is a Daily Pokémon in the Trophy Garden that is randomly selected when you talk to Mr. Backlot in the Pokémon Mansion after you have acquired the National Dex.
