yes, there is a place called bookmans. it is a used bookstore were u can get computers , electronics, music, sell gb games and buy classic game systems like dreamcast , Nintendo and newer games like wii, ps3 and stuff. but their main thing is books.
ummmm, idk how much but they usually buy it for 1/2 of their selling price. there are many locations, but u should look for the location nearest you.

You can complete the pokedex on Pokemon Blue version by trading with you friend who has Pokemon Red version. Or you could do what I do and get two gameboy color's and multiple Pokemon games because none of my friends play Pokemon anyomore; even though it is one of the best games of all time =).
