First start at Sootapoolis City. You will see Groudon and Kyogre having a fight. Go to Steven and he will take you to the Cave of Origin. Go through it and you will see Wallace talk to him. He will ask where Raquaza lives. Select Sky Pillar/Sky Tower (I'm not exactly sure how it's called), exit the cave and travel to Pacifidlog at route 131. You will see a big tower. Enter it and go to the top. Wallace will stop you and tell you that Raquaza is ahead. Go up and you will see it. Walk up to it and press a. After all that, beat the 8 gym leaders and go back to the Sky Pillar/Sky Tower. Then you can catch it.

At every town you'll find there will be a gym leader. Defeat each gym leader at every town you find. Then defeat the Elite Four. Next, start at Pacifiglog Town. Surf Towards Evergrand City, at either Route 118 or 131. Go up a little, then go left, then slight right, then straight. There will be land ahead. Go inside the cave. Next, you will be faced with several different obstacles. There'll also be many holes/cracks in the ground, so watch out! You'll also need a Macha Bike to complete this task. Ride around until you finally reach Raquaza (he'll look like a huge snake). Quickly run up to him and battle him, although be sure not to send out a Pokémon with a too high level, because it's attacks could faint Raquaza and you'll have to start all over again unless you save (before you battle Raquaza). Run Up To Him And Battle. I recommend using a Master Ball.

You Need To go to The Sky Pillar and to get a shiny just save it as soon as you approach Rayquaza don't click A because then your out of luck for getting a shiny and if you kill it your out of luck! Boo-Hoo go cry. Enjoy Hope this Helped some People
