It's called a Suite Key. I was so stupid because I didn't find the Key earlier until 2010. Here's how it goes:
A lady in the lakeside hotel that is next to Pastoria City will tell you that she is worried that she dropped her suite key again. She also tells you that she dropped it near the building where you get a reservation at the lakeside hotel.
WHAT YOU DO:
Switch your Pokétch to the Dowsing Machine app. It's basically like the Itemfinder. Be near the building that she was talking about and tap the Dowsing Machine screen until you find the dot. Go to the place next to the "dot" and press A. It's the Suite Key.
THE CONCLUSION: THE REWARD
If you bring it over to the lady, the lady is appreciated of you. She will proudly unlock the door and go inside. You should go inside, too. Why? Because she is still proud of you, you will receive a rarely found Lava Cookie. Lava Cookies are awesome, and they were invented in Pokémon Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald.

Ok first off you MUST have the National Pokedex if not then this wont come in handy!
Next go into any Pokemart in any city.(I got mine in Jublife City)
Then use fly to the 6th Gym place and go to the inn and it will be unlocked.
Then a creepy nerdy guy will command u into bed and u go to Newmoon Island.
Finally when you Into the Woods DARKRAI will be standing right there everytime u visit.
Then you will unlock Iron Island,Fullmoon Island,and the new one,Newmoon Island.

To get the Storage Key, you'll need to travel or fly to Veilstone City if you aren't there already. From the Pokemon Center, you travel north-east of Veilstone City and you'll see a Galactic Grunt in front of the Team Galactic HQ. Talk to him and he'll soon give you the Storage Key for the Warehouse at the west side of Veilstone City.
The Suite Key is hidden underground right near the lady in front of the Hotel Grand Lake, which can be found using the Dowsing Machine after talking to the lady.
You use your Dowsing Machine on your Pokewatch. The key is in the middle of all the buildings by shrubs
Use the Poketch App Finder around the reception counter- the building in front of the beach
