∙ 14y agoYou go to the radio station, and there is a grunt blocking the stairs, then go to the underground tunnel, and there is a grunt with a camera, get a suit from him and go back up to the radio station and he will let you in. then just beat everybody in the building, and the you will be able to go to blackthorn city.
