Along the top toolbar, there is a tab that says "Shops".

Hover over that and a drop-down menu appears.

The third option on the list says "Your Shop". Click on that.

Everything else is just on-screen instructions.

Since it is your first time, it'll ask you to pay for renting the space, and you'll have to fill in shop details, etc.
