There is unfortunately no place on Pokemon platinum to buy rare candies. hes right but....... you know theres a big mall in veilstone city if you go to their basement they sell food like poffins and alot of good stuff like berries , there is one lady who says she is selling rare candy bars but then she says shes all sold out, p.s to get to the basement floor go to the elavator and go all the way down and click BF1
