after you get the national dex talk to the owner and when he asks you if youre envious say yes both times and hell say that he saw a rare Pokemon in his garden.
the Pokemon changes each day and you probably wont catch it the first time you encounter a Pokemon

∙ 12y agoYou can't; Ditto is only avalible after you beat the Sinnoh Pokèdex and get the Pokè Radar from Professor Oak. Then, go outside Canalave City and use it in the tall grass until you find Ditto. (They are pretty tricky to catch, though, so use a Pokèmon with false swipe or catch it at night with a dusk ball)

∙ 12y agoIn Pokemon Diamond and Pearl there is nothing there... However, in platinum, you can battle five maids in the east corridor (left) that all have one Chansey Pokemon but thats it...

∙ 12y agoEevee can only be caught once you have gotten the national dex. Talk to the owner of the mansion and he'll tell you about a certain Pokemon in the garden. His butler will tell him there isn't that Pokemon, but once your done, the Pokemon should be there. Save before you talk to the owner if you want to get eevee
