First you need to know how to use surf. Then theres a little water over Rustboro city. Surf up the water then you'll see a girl keep on going up the water then you'll see some land. theres alot of trainers there. Then go up until you see some grass search in it sometimes a swellow might apear and some other pokemon. Then a wigglepuff might appear.
