In the sky tower, East Of Pacifalog town. u catch rayqauza on top of sky pillar near that town floating on logs. go to the right and stay on top of the route and an opening will appear. go through to sky pillar and go to top to catch it.

∙ 8y agoRayquaza cannot be caught in the wild in Pokemon Black, White, Black 2, and White 2. You will need to trade with a close friend for a Rayquaza or transfer from the older games to Pokemon Black 2.
