Sorry, but Aipom doesn't evolve in Pokemon Colosseum. Ambipom doesn't come along until Pokemon Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum, which is the Sinnoh region. Colosseum and Gale of Darkness take place in the Kanto, Johto, and Hoenn.
