To get electric type Pokemon you need to either to get a shinx that is at any beginning part in the game or to get Shinx or Luxio go to Fuego Ironworks. To get a Pickachu or pichu you just have to go to the Pokemon mansion trophy garden. Last you can get them with Wi-Fi or by trading from GBA games or Action Replay cheats

∙ 13y agoThis is optional. You can get a Pokemon from the Wild at any level and breed it to make it level 1 and EV it. So it really depends on how you deal with your Pokemon.
