to get suicune, you need to have chosen charmander as your starter. You also need the national pokedex and u must of beaten the elite 4. It is best to use your master ball to catch suicune, as otherwise it runs away on the first move. ok, then go to route 2, where the patch of grass is just before viridian forest. use max repel and get on your bike. Just keep wondering through the patch of grass on your bike and if it doesn't appear after a while, go into the building that takes you to viridian forest and come back out again. keep doing this until suicune appears. If you want raikou, do the same, apart from u have to of chosen squirtle as your starter and the same with entei, accept u need to of chosen bulbasaur as your starter
