Pokémon Ruby Destiny - Life of Guardians, or PKMN RD-LoG, takes place in the region of Hevah (where of course, does not exist in the original PKMN games).

∙ 12y agodo you mean latios and latias? and if so you have to beat the Pokemon league and go looking around it will randomly appear in places as you travel around.and will flee in battle if you try to make a move other than throwing a ball i would recommend using a masterball or using a Pokemon with arena trap or other kinds of abilities that wont let them escape so you can weaken latios which you find in ruby for latias you have to have Sapphire
