∙ 12y agoThe Bellsprout family isn't in FireRed. You can only catch them in LeafGreen. Sorry.

∙ 14y agoFirst of all you need to get a bellsprout and you can get one from leafgreen then evolve the bellsprout by level then it will be weepinbell then use a leaf stone to make it a victreebel.
