Where do you find Suicune on Pokemon SoulSilver?

first beat the elite four and the Pokemon league champion and buy some max or super repels, find a patch of grass in kanto region(i recommend the grass by the underground path by vermilion city, but go there and use max repel because on strong Pokemon ignore the smell of repel and will attack but have a lv45-55 to weakin suicune and bring lots of ultra balls or i recommend using your master ball don't waist it on mewto.

Well actually you have to follow it numerous times. 1st: Head over to Burned Tower wheere you will see all 3 Raikou,Entei,And Suicune. Rai and Entei will run off and Suicine will pause and go after them. Afterwards beat the game and you shoul encounter it 2 more times.. Then once you unlock Kanto goto Vermillion City and chase it then goto Cerulean city beat the 6 Battlers and right next to Bill's house there Stands..Suicine. Carry Loads of Ultra balls or Dusk Balls. Good luck.

In SoulSilver, you'll be able to catch Suicune in Route 25 in Kanto however you must have seen it in Cianwood City, near Mt. Mortar and Vermilion City and it must have ran off from all of those locations before it'll appear in Route 25 and it will not appear in Route 25 if you have not completed the Machine Part quest. you can also find it a rt.15
First of all you have to go to the power plant then go to the 2 gym in kanto and then to where suicune appears and talk to Misty then beat her at the gym and go back to the same place you first saw misty and suicune will be at lv 40
It's a legendary Pokemon that moves around so there is no exact place to find it. But if you mean where you meet it for the first time, I found one in one of the four Whirl Islands.
Eventually Suicunes final resting place is on the cape where you first meet Misty!

you will see him several timez runnin' away, when you used SS ticket u will see him again, then go south east u will see him again, then go north keep goin' north and then go to the place where misty was with hez boyfriend
all you have to do is just follow him around until u find him..... eventually ull meet him where misty is.(which is past the bridge north of cerulean city, and keep going until u get to a ledge or watever near Bill's house).
Suicune is seen in the following places and you must follow it if you wish to capture it. First, it will be found in the north of Cianwood City. After you encounter it there, you will shortly find it outside the entrance of Mt. Mortar in Route 42. Once you find it here, it will leave Johto and head to Kanto where you will see it in Vermillion City soon after you arrive. Next you will see it in Route 14 where it will escape for the final time to be found outside Bill's House in Route 25. This is where you battle Suicune.

- When you go to the Burnt Tower, the 3 legendary beasts will be there. When you get near them, they'll all flee. But Suicune goes in a different pattern.

- The first Suicune sighting is at Cianwood City

- The second time is the mid-entrance of Mt. Mortar ( Hint: you need to surf)

- Third, you go to Vermillion ( if you haven't already been there, take the SS Anne from Olivine) where the SS Anne docks and it'll be in the water.

- Fourth, it's at Rte. 14 ( The easiest way to get to it is by going to Fuchsia City, then going to Rte. 15, then 14, by the windmills).

-Finally, Suicune will be at Rte. 25, or next to Bill's house

When you go to the Burnt Tower in Ecruteak City and you walk towards the three legendary dogs (Entei, Raikou, Suicine) they will all run off. Entei en Raikou will start roaming in Johto. Suicine doesn't, but in the game you'll come across Suicine (and someone who wants to catch it) several times. Everytime, it will run off. At one point, however, Suicine will stay at one potition, which is the very end of route 25. Once it stays there, you can try to capture it.

You have 2 find it 3 times and then you battle it, the place where you battle it is at the Cape where misty the gym leader is and aftr you battle it, if you don't catch it then you can rebattle it in the burned tower.

You cannot find Suicune in the Johto region on Pokemon SoulSilver. As you progress through the game and unlock the Kanto region, you can find Suicune at the end of Route 25 after you beat the Gym Leader Misty. If you fail to capture the Pokemon, it will return to the Burned Tower in Johto once you defeat the Elite Four a second time (or many times after that).
