Dragonair can be found in the dragons den, just north of blackthorn city. but I wouldn't recommend that since they're extremely hard to come by in there. if you have a 'super rod' then head south down the rout that leads to the dark cave, but stay to the right side of the screen. eventually you should come to a nice little spot with a pool and one tree. fish with the rod here and you should encounter a Dragonair in about ten minutes or less. and be sure to trade it with the girl back in blackthorn city for a Rydon, extra ID numbers can help you win awesome stuff at the lucky number show.

∙ 11y agoyou can either buy its basic evolution form dratini from the game corner for 4600 coins and then level it to 30 or you can take the 1% chance of finding it with a super rod in the Safari Zone.
