Where do you find a floatzel in Pokemon pearl?

When you go patrol town go back to the ranger school the gate will be closed and a girl will have a quest at the bridge and floatzel will come out from the the water and he will run to town If you know were he runs too write.

You can find a Floatzel pretty much everywhere there's a dock. They're usually hanging out nearby.

no!!!!! i checked all docks in vien forest no floatzell anywhere near! just try looking evrywhere by water. i even looked evryday for 9 days still no sight of a floatzel

You have to have a Floatzel in your Diamond or Pearl game that you used to transport your Pokemon to the Wii (it doesn't literally take your Pokemon from your game) then once you have your Floatzel in your game, transport your Pokemon to your Pokemon Battle Revolution game, then put it on your battle card with your other Pokemon if you want to.
