Misty is having a date. In Cerulean go up that bridge you see. Keep going up and make a right.You will see her with some guy up the stairs and I think you talk to her or she will notice you. Then she will say you spoiled my date you pest and she will go back to the gym.

∙ 12y agofirst you need to beat the Pokemon league, then professor oak will give you a pass to a cruise ship which will take you to the Kanto region, with 8 new gym leaders to battle. Misty is in Cerulean city

Then when you reach Cerulean Cape Misty will be there with some guy and if you talk to her she will go back to the gym for you to challenge her

∙ 12y agogo to kanto (if you havent got to kanto yet after beating the chapion see profser elm). you arive at a city whithan eltric type gym there are 2 routes go up north in the city to the route edvently after folwing it you will get to crlun city go up north again edvently you will find her after that she will be wating in cruln city gym (also theres a man looking for a legnry pokemon if its were i told you misty was she wont be there

∙ 13y agomisty can be found at the cape (up where bills grandfather is) with her boyfriend the guy then runs away and misty calls you a pest then you can find her back at the gym with the trainers.
