Where do you find misty in soul silver?

Misty is having a date. In Cerulean go up that bridge you see. Keep going up and make a right.You will see her with some guy up the stairs and I think you talk to her or she will notice you. Then she will say you spoiled my date you pest and she will go back to the gym.

first you need to beat the Pokemon league, then professor oak will give you a pass to a cruise ship which will take you to the Kanto region, with 8 new gym leaders to battle. Misty is in Cerulean city
