Snorunt can only be found on the pokewalker. The details are: icy road (30000 watts + national dex) at L28F (group A).

I caught one on Route 34, but it was pure luck, they dont show up too often there.
you can catch a ralts if you listen to the radio(pokemon talk) everyday or you can change your settings on ur ds/dsi to 23:58 and then go onto ur game and cheack again it might not work the first time

Mary (on the radio) says "It's a swarm of RALTS! All you trainers get out there!" And then go to the grass way at the bottom past the daycare. A Ralt should be there, and it should be around level 11.
