On Route 120. Head to the bottom of the Route (about where the Route meets Route 121). There should be some stairs by the lady who gives you a berry every day. Keep heading up and you should eventually find the enterance of Registeel.

∙ 12y agohe's in krokka tunnel. first, you need 2 Pokemon with the field move cross (to get to a pole) and 5 Pokemon with double crush field move. then, you go to fall city and enter the tunnel from that entrance. go to the section of the cave with all the zubat. next, you go as far to the left as you can and you should see a pole. cross over to it using your Pokemon. then you exit the room and tou should fall out of the door. go left and you should see a door. enter the door and you should see 7 or 8 boulders. only break the ones in the middle to make a path or else you will not have enough Pokemon. get through the path and you should see two poles on each side of a ravine. the pole on your side of the cliff is to get back after you catch him. cross the ravine and you should see a tangela. keep going, enter the door and catch registeel.

You look for the other legendaries groudon, kyogre, rayquaza (depending on if you have ruby emerald or sapphire) and reggirock reggisteel and reggiice. You go to the place where you got castform and the guy on the top floor at the computer will tell you there is a drought (groudon) or a storm (kyogre) on route_____ and that's where either of them is. there is a cave at the last gym city and you need to surf up 65 feet turn right 90 degrees go forward 10 degrees then there should be a little island go in it there then there should be little ponds go past them there will be little dots talk to it and in 5 seconds the game will freeze then you need to use hyperbeam on the little dots there will be a earthcuake the door will slam open go inside the door then you need to use hyperbeam again on the little svere it will awaken regi rock along with reggiice then reggisteel and accashionly reggigiggas you will need lv.80 to capture them this wil only happen if your lucky hope this helps
