Sunflora is in Mitonga Highway. When you enter to it from Tilt Village, keep walking to right. Once you come to a crossroad that leads you to Daybreak Ruins if you go up, but instead summon Entei and ride to right. Keep going the road until you see Jumpluff's and a Probopass. In the right, you see 2 Sunflowers that needs 2 Flame in the use. Use Pokemon with 2 Flame and a Sunflora appears. Hope this helps!

∙ 14y agoYou can't catch it in Leaf Green, you have to trade it (or Oddish/Vileplume) from someone who has it in Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, or Fire Red. Both players' GBAs must be connected with a link cable, and they have to each go to the second floor of a Pokemon center and use the transfer utility from one of the computers there to trade the Pokemon.
