Castelia city? EASY! Just beat the normal type Gym and u will see team Plasma in a nearby forest. You team up with Cheren and he wil go 1 way and you go the other. Once u beat Team Plasma, u go the way Cheren went, solve a little maze, and you're there! Hope i helped!

∙ 11y agoYou have to go through the Castelia sewers and go up the staircase. The Castelia Sewers is located at the very far east side of the city down the staircase. At first a guy will be blocking it but then you have to goto the Castelia gym and talk to the guy blocking the gym. After you've spoken to him either Iris or Barry will tell you goto the Castelia Sewers to track down Team Plasma. The guy won't be blocking it anymore and won't for the rest of the game. ∙ 11y agoBurgh's Gym can be found in the street that is the farthest to the left in Castelia City however upon first arriving in the city, Clyde will be blocking the entrance to the Gym due to Burgh being unavailable. You will need to take care of a Team Plasma situation within the sewers, you can get to the sewers by going to the pier that is the closest to the Skyarrow Bridge Gate.

∙ 11y agoAfter beating Roxie, you need to backtrack in order to search for a few Team Plasma members. Once that's been finished, you can return to Virbank City and go to the Dock House in order to talk to your Rival so that both of you can take the boat out to Castelia City.
