first u hav to go to canalve city(on the left side of the map) and talk to saliorr edrich he will ask you if you want to set sail to iron island or fullmoon island you say iron island then when you get there as soon as you get off the boat go down until u reach a wall u face left and u should be facing in between a rock and the edge of the wall u then use your good rod and u should find 1. i hope i helped!
