You mean HM strength well first you need to get to fuschia city then go into the safari zone and find the secret house, in the area where the secret house is there is an item and its gold teeth, go in the secret house and talk to the guy inside and you will get HM3 surf, now deliver the gold teeth to the warden which is near the Pokemon center (look for a house with a mailbox nearby) after giving the teeth to the warden he will give you HM4 strength then use strength to get the item blocked by a boulder and its a rare candy.
