The two Riolu in Almia Castle are readily found if you navigate the large ice path situated before the room which has sealed away the Blue Gem. From the entrance of Almia Castle, go inside. Take the entrance to the next room and the Northern entrance from the room after that (this may require the use of a Field Move as there might be a large pillar of ice blocking this entrance). From the next room, take the stair case upwards. The next entrance takes you to a very slipper path of ice. Take a right turn here, but be sure to avoid slipping off or staying too long on one tile as they break easily.
Taking the right entry, you should come into a room with a Glalie. Take the staircase at the end of this room. The next room should contain a Scyther which will jump at you as soon as you reach its view. Avoid this Pokemon and continue forwards. The next room will be mostly ice. Navigate around the two charging Walrein to the left entrance. Walk across the bridge into the next room.
You should come into a room with multiple entries and exits. Take the Northern entry. This should bring you to a large ice path with many tiles that will fall if you stand on them too long. If you look to the top screen of your DS, you will see there are two entries or exits at the right and left of this room. Both of these rooms contain one of the Riolu.
Navigate carefully over the thin ice path to each of these rooms and you will find a Riolu contained inside. Once you have captured both of these Pokemon, you can make your way to the Northern entry in the ice path room, which will take you to where you need to go for the mission.
