Throh is a Fighting-type Pokémon that can typically be found in various locations in the Pokémon games, often in mountainous or rocky areas. In games like Pokémon Black and White, it appears in certain caves or routes in the Unova region. Additionally, Throh can be obtained through specific events or trades in some Pokémon titles. To find it, you may need to explore the right areas or use specific game mechanics depending on the version you are playing.
