Where do you find tornadus in Pokemon White?

Tornadus roams around the region after your first encounter on Route 7, of which you will hear of when the assistant in the gate between Opelucid City and Victory Road, notifies you of gigantic storm in the area. It can run from a battle straight after your first attack, similar to other roaming Pokemon in previous generations, so Mean Look (learned by the Zubat evolutionary line, among others) or the Master Ball (if you didn't waste it on Zekrom/Reshiram) is essential.

First find an area that is randomly storming then run around in the grass tornadus will appear first time if you have the move block use it if not attack then it will run away find it again and keep weekening it until you can catch it I used the move Block and caught it with an ultra ball but it is extremely random.
go to the north in Mistralton City near the rain and you'll find him there, i think

Wherever it is raining you can find one. I found mine on route seven i am pretty sure. Oh, and you can only get tornadus in black, and you can only find thunderous in white.
