After you speak to the man standing next to the river before you reach chargestone cave the legendary Pokemon will be unlocked. Cobalion is in mistralton cave, Virizion is down a path off the main road in Pinwheel Forest that was previously blocked by a man and Terrakion is at the end of Victory Road.

∙ 12y agopinwheel forest if u have cobalion and terrakion actually you dont need terrakion because i caught him before terrakion but once you have all eight badges you cross the bridge in pinwheel forest and a small whole will appeear in the fince you go through a log and you can enter another patch of trees and you there

∙ 13y agoAfter catching Cobalion, go to pinwheel forest and go north. keep going north until you see a space in the fence on the right side. just follow the path after that and you'll get to virizion! theres like 2 other directions though, so follow the path that goes north east.

∙ 13y agoVirizion can be found in the Pinwheel Forest in Pokémon Black after you have caught or defeated Cobalion, once you go into the Pinwheel Forest from Nacrene City, take the straight path that will normally lead you to the Skyarrow Bridge however on your path to the Pinwheel Forest's Skyarrow Bridge exit, you'll see a path to your right that has been opened up, take this path and it'll lead you to Virizion.
