Where do you get HM cut on Pokemon LeafGreen?

Hm cut LeafgreenGo to the SS Anne in Vermilion City and find your way to the Captain's Quarters. The Captain will give it to you if you give him a backrub, but make sure your Pokemon are healed before you enter because your rival will want to battle u. Also, the ship will leave afterward, so take your time.

You go to Bill which is on route 25 and he will give you the SS. Anne ticket and then go to Vermilion city and the boat will be there and the captain will give the HM Cut. You must have beaten Misty the Cerulean Gym Leader (water type) because the badge lets you use Cut.

You need to have the S.S. ticket from Bill. Once you do, go to Vermilion and go to the port before Diglett Cave and follow the bridge there (hint, when you get super rod, fish here for Shellder). A sailor will let you on. Explore a bit, because once you get Cut, the ship leaves. When you're done, go to the main entrance and head to the staircase leading up on the left. Once your are upstairs, there are more cabins, so check those out too. head left to the end of the hall, where you see a staircase. Start heading up and your rival will battle you. finish him off and go up the staircase to where a seasick captain awaits you. he'll ask for a backrub, so do it and he'll award you with HM01 Cut! P.S. If you hit the A button at the garbage can in front of him, your character will say something like this-Shouldn't have looked!
