well if you want to know where to get one it will cost you,go to Celadon City and go to the game corner,then go in the littler biulding,that's where they sell prizes,go to the guy in the middle and ask for a porygon,there 6,500 coins so that's why they cost u,wen u get enough coins u can buy it
