If you have surf you can go to driftveil city from the Pokemon center go right up and when you hit the lake go to the island in the middle and its right next to the lighthouse

∙ 12y agoOne way is to talk to a guy on one of the piers in Castelia City. When he asks you if you chose Panpour, Pansage or Pansear, say "Panpour" and he will give you a water stone.

Before you beat the elite four, you will have to beat white/black kyurem after you beat it, there's the gene wedge on the floor.use that gene wedge to fuse reshiram/zekrom to kyurem to get black/white kyurem.
