Okay, it's pretty simple (unless you don't have 50 Pokemon.)
First if you don't have 50 Pokemon then you'll have catch more to get your pokedex to 50, if you do go on the both sides of saffron (if you want the amulet coin.)
One side has Exp.Share (Experience Point Share) While the other has the amulet coin.
So then you just grab 'em both. There! Whoo hoo... Yay...
P.S:They replaced the exp.all With Exp.share.

The Exp. Share is found when you have fifty Pokemon fully registered in your Pokedex. You can get it from Professor Oak's Aide, in the building to the right of Fuchsia City. Talk to him to get it.
