Where do you get feebas in Pokemon Sapphire?

You can find him in Mt. Coronent if you have Pokemon Pearl or Diamond version but if you have Ruby,Emerald,or Sapphire then you can find him in the waters of Route 119 though it will be very hard to find it Good Luck!

I am guessing this is the same as Platinum. Pearl and Diamond DO have a likeness with Platinum...

To get Feebas, you have to go Mt. Coronet (the entrance from Celestic Town's side or Eterna's side) and go to the place where there is a fog and you need to use HM Defog. Use that, and there'll be a lake. Fish every inch of it, and you'll get Feebas soon enough. Hope I helped! ^^

Feebas can be found on Route 119, in the fishing area next to the Mimic Circle.

on route 119 u need an old rod to catch it problem is,depending on what u said to the ppl of dewford town it is on 6 randomtiles in route 119

Unfortunately you have to trade it over from another game. To evolve to a milotic, its beauty must be as high as it can be.
