There is no current way to get Genesect in Pokémon Black, White, Black 2 or White 2. Genesect had been available as a promotional launch Pokémon once Pokémon Black 2 and White 2 were released in North America however it had a limited release, starting from October 7, 2012 and its Wi-Fi distribution ended on November 12, 2012.
