∙ 12y agoYou have to take the event Shaymin to the Flower Shop in Goldenrod City. The girl on the right will say, "Your Pokemon is so cute! Take this flower and your Pokemon will be even CUTER!" Give the Gracidea Flower to your Shaymin and it'll transform.
