Possible AnswerIt's in the hard mountain;

On a level (I think it is on the level that the entrance is on, but not too sure), TM 50 should be at the north west corner (you can only access this by going through a lower level).

There should be two Ace Trainers between a boulder (strength needed), they protect the item you seek.
