Where do you get sawk?

Do you mean Throh? You can get those at route 10, 16, 18, and pinwheel forest. You can get a shiny purple sawk. But, that's a one in 8,000 chance.

You can get a Sawk at the same place as Throh at route 10, 16, 18, and pinwheel forest.
