Peeves has no age, and since he is a poltergeist, he was never born. And so he will live until Hogwarts is knocked down, or until all the students leave and he therefore has no one to annoy.
Peeves was only mentioned in the books and were never in the movies, English comedian & actor Rik Mayall was casted as the role of Peeves & after 3 wks of filming his scenes As Peeves were for some reason cut out.
Bill Weasley did appear in the movies, his role was just reduced. He only appears in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows and in a photograph in Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban.
