Talk to Celio and get a rainbow pass, then go to six island in dotted hole and use cut on the door and try a combination of falling through holes inside and the scientist steals a saphhire from u and he tells u the second password.

first you go into the dotted hole on island 6 and then you go to the bottom of the cave and you will see the Sapphire and then some guy will take it in exchange for the second rocket password and then you go to the rocket warehouse and battle the guy who took the Sapphire from you and then he will give you the Sapphire and you give it to Celio [island 1] and then you get to go into the cerulean cave and you can get mewto[lv70] sorry it was so long,written by george cloney101

You must go to the Ice Cave on Four Island, then teach one of your Pokemon the Waterfall move. Use it to go up the waterfall inside of the cave then go down the ladder. You'll be at the floor you would enter in if you didn't use waterfall, then go down the ladder next to it and you'll see the first member of the Elite 4 (She uses the ice Pokemon She will ask you to help her take out the Team Rocket members in front of her. After you beat them (it's easy) one of them will say what the 2nd password is. Also, after helping the elite 4 member, the man in front of the dotted hole will have moved.

1. go to island six and go to the place where the door has dots on it.

2. click "start" and click Pokemon

3. select the Pokemon that knows the HM cut

4. after u use it the door will open

5. go inside and drop down the hole

6. go to the square in the room

7. go up to it and read it

8. if it has two dots, go to the up hole. if it has 5 dots, go to the right hole. if it has 4 dots, pick either down or left. (this step will apply for the next 3 steps and if u choose the wrong hole u start all over again)

12. you will be in aroom with a bule sapphire in the middle of the room

13. go up to it and click it

14. before u get it, a scientist will drop down and get the sapphire before u do

15. he says he's going to the team rocket warehouse with the sapphire and selling the sapphire

16. he will then give you the second team rocket warehouse password (you now have the password but if you want to find out how u can trade with hoenn games, read on)

17. go to the warehouse with the second password

18. u will have to figure out the arrow movements that will take you where you wanna go (like you did in celadon city in the game corner)

19. you will have to battle the 2 admins that are blocking your way

20. when you get past the 2 admins, you will see the scientist

21. battle him and win

22. after you win, he will give you the sapphire

23. go back to island one and go inside the Pokemon center

24. give the sapphire to celio and he will hook up with lanette, the PC administraitor of hoenn, like how bill is the PC administraitor of kanto

25. you will now be able to trade with hoenn (this also works in fire red)

you need to have gotten the ruby.then you must open the dotted hole on six island using cut. then you go to the top hole, then left, right, and down, in that order. when you try to grab the sapphire, a geek comes up and steals it, then gives you the second password to get into the rocket warehouse.
You must go to the Dotted Hole on Six Island. You will receive the password from a Rocket Scientist in the Sapphire room.

But, if it is the door in the Vermilion City, talk to the Pokemon flattening the ground. When it is done with the dialog, open your backpack and select USE on the coin case.
