ok when you go to goldrod city go into the tunnel where the photo both was the team rocket will notice you (he thinks you are a new commer and he will give you the suit.

∙ 14y agoYou have to go to the Underground of Goldenrod City. At the northside of the underground you see a Rocket Grunt standing next to where you could get your picture taken. Talk to him and he'll give you a suit.

∙ 12y agoduring this part of the game go to the goldenrod tunnel and go to where you are supposed to get pictures, talk to the picture man he gives you a T.R. suit keep it on and go into the goldenrod radio tower, the T.R. man in front of the staircase is stupid enough to think youre the new member so he lets you go upstairs.
